Councilmember Garret Pearson moved to approve Nelson Sanitation & Rental for the project; Councilmember Craig Moline seconded the motion and the council voted unanimously to award the work.
Under the arrangement, PeopleService is responsible for locating manholes and Harris Public Works will be responsible for exposing them before contractor work. The minutes do not specify a project start date or completion schedule.
