Board members raised concerns about actual future usage and the lifespan of the photos; Greg Schieber recommended a collaborative funding approach. The board approved a contingent contribution of $2,400, with a motion by Kerry Kingsley and a second by Michael Himlie. The motion carried unanimously.
Kingsley thanked Thilges for her volunteer work assisting the chamber during a director vacancy. The contribution is contingent on other organizations funding the remaining $2,400; the item was recorded as a board-approved contingent commitment.
