Later, Commissioner Jeff Borash moved to adjourn the meeting; Commissioner Neil Elmquist seconded, and the meeting adjourned at 7:36 p.m.
Roll call earlier in the meeting, conducted by City Clerk Shannon Geier, recorded Chair Allen Siedow and four commissioners (Shari Denny, Tina Kolodziej, Jeff Borash and Neil Elmquist) as present, establishing a quorum.
