City Clerk Shannon Geier also provided updates on several local property matters, including the Tonn property and the Johnson properties (including a note about 430th and red buildings). The commission moved to adjourn at 7:45 pm; the motion passed unanimously according to the minutes.
No decisions on the Comprehensive Plan were recorded; the item will return for further review and comment.
