EDA and community groups plan outreach, new business incentives and a community newspaper

Joseph Grodahl reported that the Giants of the Earth Heritage Center is developing a newspaper and announced information seminars on March 4, 8 and 10 for those interested. Saundra Solum suggested the County EDA partner more closely with the Spring Grove EDA to reduce duplication and reported the Spring Grove Foundation is now operational and reviewing rules before identifying funding opportunities for community projects.
