Silver Plume trustees approve routine agenda items and make several appointments

At its Nov. 11 meeting, the Silver Plume Board of Trustees carried a slate of routine motions and made three appointments.
The board approved the meeting agenda on a motion by Martin Gitlin, seconded by Tammy Frey, and approved payment of bills after a motion from Tammy Frey and a second from Martin Gitlin. Trustees also approved the Oct. 28 meeting minutes on a motion from Martin Gitlin, seconded by Tammy Frey. The transcript records each of those motions as "passing with all in favor." (Attendance on the roll call showed six trustees present.)
Trustee Tammy Frey was appointed Silver Plume’s representative to the Multi‑Jurisdictional Housing Authority (MJHA); the board noted the role meets quarterly and may be reassigned if it becomes too burdensome. Mayor Lee Berenato nominated himself to fill a Planning & Zoning Board vacancy and the trustees approved the nomination. The board also appointed Randall McDonald to the Silver Plume Mountain Park Commission vacancy.
Tammy Frey moved to adjourn at 8:15 p.m.; Martin Gitlin seconded and the motion passed with all in favor.
The board listed a budget finalization meeting on Nov. 17 at 3 p.m. and noted miscellaneous items including graffiti on the water tower and a future agenda item on parking.
