The finance officer alerted the board to a reconciliation issue for September and said she is working with the State Board of Accounts to resolve a roughly $7,000 discrepancy.
Board members said they will follow up with staff on outstanding accounting items and on planned capital work, including a previously discussed but deferred equipment upgrade (the "Keystone" upgrade) that members said they would postpone due to cost.
The board did not issue a roll‑call vote in the record; approval was recorded by voice vote at the meeting. The town clerk said the approved budget will be reflected in the town’s records and staff briefings at the next meeting will include any updates to capital plans and equipment schedules.
The board adjourned after handling additional routine business and public comments.
