Given those concerns and the code limit on sign height, the commission tabled the proposal and asked Atlantis to return at the August meeting with alternative designs and locations (examples suggested included a lower 15‑ft option, monument signs and placements closer to the site curb cut), plus square‑footage and fixture details to demonstrate compliance.
