Heidelberg council approves consent agenda, pays $155.11 clerk expense; clerk files final tax-levy form

Heidelberg — The Heidelberg City Council met Monday, Dec. 1, 2025, and unanimously approved the month's consent agenda and a claims payment, then adjourned at 6:23 p.m.
Mayor Kevin Zvanovec called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. The council recorded attendance — Treasurer Nancy Pexa; council members Rachel Meger, Matt Graf and Ted Odenthal; and Administrator/Clerk Tracy Prochaska were present. Randy Odenthal was absent.
Under new business, Administrator/Clerk Tracy Prochaska submitted the Final Property Tax Levy Form to the county, as listed on the agenda. The meeting record notes there were no additional administrator reports this month.
The council approved the consent agenda on a motion by Matt Graf, seconded by Ted Odenthal; the vote was recorded as ayes — all. A separate claims item listed a $155.11 expense for the clerk’s printer ink (dated May 2025). Ted Odenthal moved to approve payment of claims, Rachel Meger seconded, and the council voted unanimously to pay the claim.
Rachel Meger moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:23 p.m.; Matt Graf seconded and the motion carried unanimously. The council set its next regular meeting for Monday, Jan. 5, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Heidelberg City Hall.
