The board discussed a possible 2% administrative fee charged by a foundation if used as the fiscal agent and weighed whether to run donations through the town or an external fund.
The board reiterated the project would cost taxpayers nothing directly for phase one and that they intend to schedule a quick groundbreaking event once contractors are ready. "This is at absolutely no cost to anybody here in the town of Etna Green," one official said.
