Narberth F&A Committee recommends bills, a hire and a commission appointment; advertises UCC update

Staff stated the Shade Tree Commission had reviewed and supported the applicant.
UCC ordinance advertisement: Committee members reviewed an update to the borough's adoption of the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code cycle year and local amendments. Staff said the building code official and fire marshal reviewed the proposal. The committee voted 3-0 to recommend advertising Ordinance 1072 (Chapter 240) to align Narberth's code language with the PA UCC cycle and local modifications.
The committee had no public comment and adjourned at 11:56 a.m.
