A motion to accept the Dec. 16, 2025 minutes passed on a 5–0 roll call. The commission also approved the register of claims covering Oct. 27, 2025 through Jan. 30, 2026 (claim numbers R67816 through R68275 inclusive) after a brief clarification about claim numbering.
Ann Taylor delivered staff updates: staff is reviewing proposals for several commission‑owned parcels (475 Fayette St.; 1719–33 Indianapolis Blvd.; 5243 and 5251 Hohman Ave.); the downtown coffee shop The Brew Box will hold a ribbon cutting on Feb. 12 at 1:00 p.m. (Mayor McDermott expected to attend); the city's Black History Month celebration is Feb. 5 at 10:00 a.m. at the Civic Center honoring nonprofit organizations; and planning and development staff will tour a recently completed house at 244 Condit St. on Feb. 11 at 3:00 p.m. Staff contact for the house tour is Juan Moreno in economic development.
Public comment was opened and closed with no speakers. A motion to adjourn passed and the meeting ended.
