The clerk and a staff member noted that subconsultant contact information and compliance documents will be emailed to the file for review. The clerk said the submissions will be compiled and typed up and staff will meet again to make a recommendation for award based on the full review of bids and supporting documentation.
No formal motion or vote occurred during the reading. The next procedural step, as stated by the clerk, is administrative review and a subsequent recommendation to the awarding authority.
