"We're hoping to get a final approval tonight," the petitioner said as staff confirmed revisions and traffic analyses tied to INDOT work. After discussion the board voted in favor of final plat approval and accepted the amended site plan.
Staff requested the petitioner provide final signed documents and a finalized set of drawings for the city record; the commission approved the action and the petitioner left the meeting with directions to submit final electronic materials.
