At the April 2 meeting of the Town of Dewey Beach Infrastructure Committee, members nominated Cindy Sousa to serve as committee chair and voted unanimously in favor. Cindy accepted the nomination.
Committee members discussed the role of a secretary (brief minutes duties) and no one volunteered initially. Glenn Renner offered to serve as interim secretary and said he could do so until a formal motion or additional members allow a permanent appointment. The committee agreed to table the formal secretary appointment while an interim arrangement is in place.
The committee conducted routine roll call and adopted the meeting agenda and previous minutes by unanimous voice votes earlier in the session.
With leadership in place and no further committee comments, members moved to adjourn.
