During the hearing the applicant asked whether later hours could be considered; following a brief public comment in support, the zoning administrator amended the approval to permit operations until 10:00 p.m.
A public commenter said the business would be a positive addition to the community and offered support, noting nearby convenience stores and expressing enthusiasm about higher‑quality coffee service.
The administrator approved the project subject to the findings and conditions of approval and noted the approval is appealable for five business days and that building permits may not be issued until after the appeal period.
