The Stillwater Area Public Schools Board on Tuesday adopted its 10-year Long-Term Facility Maintenance (LTFM) plan and approved the related materials required for submission to the Minnesota Department of Education.
A presenter identified in the record as Mark reviewed the color-coded 10-year plan and the FY2028 project list included in the MDE packet. Mark said the packet includes the LTFM plan, an expenditure application, revenue projections, a statement of assurances and a board resolution and meeting minutes for adopting the plan. He noted the plan is updated annually and that the district will revisit FY2029 next year.
Following the presentation, the board moved to adopt the plan as a resolution. Board secretary Joan called the roll. The transcript records affirmative votes from several directors and the resolution was adopted.
The board recorded the action as a resolution required for the district's MDE filing; no amendments to the plan were recorded in the meeting minutes.
