Hopkins HRA adopts agenda, approves consent items and adjourns

At its Jan. 6 meeting at Hopkins City Hall the Hopkins Housing and Redevelopment Authority unanimously adopted the meeting agenda, approved the Dec. 1, 2025 minutes and disbursements through Dec. 23, 2025, heard no new business and adjourned at 6:58 p.m.
Board Chairperson Hanlon called the Hopkins Housing and Redevelopment Authority to order at 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 6, 2026, in the Council Chambers at Hopkins City Hall.
Board member Heidi Garrido moved to adopt the meeting agenda; Ben Goodlund seconded. The motion to adopt the agenda carried unanimously (Ayes: Goodlund, Kuznia, Hunke, Garrido, Hanlon; Nays: none).
Garrido then moved to approve the consent agenda, which listed two items: approval of the Dec. 1, 2025 HRA meeting minutes and approval of disbursements through Dec. 23, 2025. Aaron Kuznia seconded; the motion passed unanimously with the same five affirmative votes.
The board recorded that there was no new business on the agenda. Upon a motion by Garrido and a second from Kuznia, the meeting was unanimously adjourned at 6:58 p.m.
City staff on hand for the meeting included City Manager Mike Mornson, Assistant City Manager Casey Casella, City Clerk Amy Domeier and Finance Director Nick Bishop. The minutes were prepared and submitted by Administrative Assistant Kristine Kostuck.
