• Resolution 202518 — advance agreement/JPA and bond anticipation note: Council Member Spencer Hunt moved to approve Resolution 202518 accepting the Minnesota Rural Water Finance Authorityoffer to purchase a $1,079,000 bond anticipation note (2025A); Council Member Scott McGillivray seconded. The motion carried by recorded voice vote.
• Adjournment: Council Member Spencer Hunt moved to adjourn at 8:02 p.m.; Council Member Jeff Clark seconded and the meeting adjourned without objection.
