- Ordinance 2025-03 (first reading): Mr. Poole read a comprehensive-plan text amendment to update the water supply facilities work plan per Florida Statute section 373.709. Utilities Director Andre Desla described current conservation measures, tiered rates and outreach; commissioners voted to approve the ordinance on first reading 5-0. A second reading will follow the statutory process.
