Council also voted to establish the Seaside Craft Show as a standing committee with written guidelines; the council discussed the committee's selection process (described in the draft as a 'jury' that selects participants) and approved the structure. The council appointed Paula Holloway as chair after reviewing a brief bio noting her years in education and museum work and her permanent residency since 2015.
