"We would actually amend the fee schedule to include a price for the purchase of lots in Woodlawn Cemetery," the presenting staff member said. Council was told the change does not expand the cemetery footprint; it would reopen already‑plotted lots. Staff will prepare a resolution for a future meeting, and council agreed the item should return for formal consideration.
