Council adopted Resolution No. 2024-23 approving nonprofit grants by unanimous vote. The council then adopted Resolution No. 2024-24, a nonprofit grant for Meals on Wheels; Councilmembers Johnson, Brockmeyer, Chappas and Mensing voted aye and Councilmember Kofoot recorded an abstention on that item.
