Commissioner Cody Vojacek moved to take the item to City Council for review and a recommendation; Commissioner Chad Olson seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
Staff told the commission that the May Planning Commission meeting will include an application for 11070 Lamont Ave and possibly a concept plan from Lennar for the Schendel Farm property. The Planning Department will provide materials to the City Council as part of the referral process.
