Stanhope council adopts electrical rate increase, approves reorganization resolution

The council also published city employee wages: Public Works employee Tim Dally at $21.50 per hour; City Clerk Jori Young at $20.50 per hour; custodian Jill Babowice $12.50; librarian Dee Malmquist $15.00; and part-time/seasonal Kempton Young $19.00 per hour.
