New tennis and pickleball courts near completion; ribbon-cutting set for the 27th

To address light spill onto nearby east-side homes, the board said dimmer switches for field lights have been ordered and will be installed as soon as the electrical contractor receives them; if dimmers are delayed, the board discussed the possibility of a wind barrier as an alternative mitigation.
Board members mentioned local community participation in the ribbon-cutting, including a former mower, Ken Broadbeck, who is expected to attend and has been active in local pickleball play.
