Resident urges city to address neglected lot at 85 Grant Street

Code Enforcement said owners had been contacted by email twice and that official letters had been sent; staff also reported driving by the property to confirm conditions. Enforcement staff indicated the owners live in Lebanon and that additional notice to appear would be prepared for the Board of Works.
