Silver Plume trustees approve 2024 audit, set board transition and routine business

Clerk C. Nihiser said she is weighing whether to engage the same auditing firm for 2025, noting the firm's limited communication during the 2024 audit but also that switching auditors late risks a delayed filing. Board discussion on the auditor choice was tabled for the first April meeting.
