After the brief public comment exchange, Commissioner Kevin B. Hicks moved to close the public hearing; Commissioner Joshua L. Kuhnert seconded the motion. On roll call, Commissioners Hicks, Kuhnert, Sammy D. Peradotta, William B. Stotlar and Mayor Spencer voted "YEA" and the motion carried. The minutes record the hearing as adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
