The Warren‑Alvarado‑Oslo School Board closed its Nov. 10 meeting for negotiations at 8:10 p.m. and later reconvened at 9:51 p.m. to act on negotiated support staff contract recommendations.
When the board reopened, a motion by Mark Jones, seconded by Sally Roller, amended the support‑staff package to add a Principal Secretary position at 220 days with five paid holidays and to move the Tech Coordinator Contract 2025–27 to a separate, standalone vote. The amendment carried.
Following discussion, the board approved the support staff contract recommendations. The board then separately voted to approve the Tech Coordinator contract for 2025–27; the minutes record six yeas (Nikki Peterson, Sally Roller, Mark Jones, Jordan Johnson, Darby Boe and Ashley Reinier) and one abstention (Calvin Schoepp). The minutes mark the motion as carried.
The support‑staff approvals and the Tech Coordinator contract finalize negotiated terms the board reviewed in closed session. The board did not record further conditions or a roll‑call on behalf of administration. The district will implement the contract changes and update staff assignments accordingly.
