WADENA-DEER CREEK SCHOOL DISTRICT — The Independent School District #2155 school board approved several personnel actions at its Oct. 20, 2025 meeting.
A motion by Brandon Kern, seconded by Melissa Seelhammer, approved the hires of Jared Reinitz as junior high boys basketball coach and Danica Pederson as head dance coach. The motion passed unanimously, as recorded in the minutes.
The board also accepted multiple resignations on a motion by Julie Bushinger, seconded by Barb Tumberg. The resignations recorded in the minutes include Danielle Betterman (MS/HS para), Madison Horn (head dance coach), Randy Jahnke (JH boys basketball) and Dominique Browne (winter cheer advisor). The minutes note the action was approved unanimously.
