Silver Plume commissioners approve agenda and prior minutes; set March follow-up meeting

At the start of the Jan. 27 meeting Commissioner Chelsea Nihiser called the session to order at 6:03 p.m. Commissioner Martin Gitlin moved to approve the agenda as presented; Commissioner Ryan Redfield seconded and the motion carried with all in favor.
Commissioner Ryan Redfield then moved to approve the minutes of the June 7, 2025 commission meeting; Martin Gitlin seconded and the motion passed unanimously. At 7:07 p.m., Commissioner Martin Gitlin moved to adjourn; Commissioner Ryan Redfield seconded and the motion passed with all in favor.
The commission also set a planning meeting for March 24, 2026 at 6 p.m. to continue work on the master-plan expansion and invited THK to participate. No other formal votes or ordinance actions were recorded in the minutes.
