Votes at a glance: Bossier City Council approves capital fund, fund-balance change, bonds and several ordinances

Finance Director Angela Williamson summarized May financials earlier in the meeting: revenue for the month was 5% above budget (driven by sales tax and other allocations) while expenses were 11% under budget. Council members moved and seconded the listed ordinances and, where recorded, voice votes were noted as "motion carries."
