Stone Park public works finishes water‑main segments; village notes tree work, decorations and business openings

Separately, Trustee Nazario Garcia announced two recent business openings: Danny’s Liquor at 1501 Mannheim Road opened Sept. 13, and La Trailita at 3218 W. North Avenue (inside the Shell station) opened Sept. 11. Trustee Loretta J. Teets confirmed the village Halloween event is scheduled for Oct. 31 at 4 p.m. while supplies last; Deputy Clerk Nancy Garcia and Trustee Marco T. Paz assisted with candy‑bag preparations.
