Gutierrez moved to approve the bills; Trustee Loretta J. Teets seconded the motion. A roll call vote recorded Teets, Gutierrez, Terrazas, Garcia and Roman voting aye; Trustee Marco T. Paz was absent. The motion passed.
In the same meeting, trustees voted to amend Ordinance 24-16, authorizing the disposition of village personal property. Trustee Gutierrez moved the ordinance amendment and Trustee Sylvia Terrazas seconded; the motion passed on a roll call vote with the same attendance pattern.
Trustees also approved a stipulation addressing tax objections pending in Cook County Circuit Court for tax years 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014. Trustee Gutierrez moved the stipulation and Trustee Terrazas seconded; the board approved the action by roll call vote.
