Stone Park committee hears police staffing changes; small clinic fire prompted IDPH cleanup

He said the fire was caused by a blow torch, produced heavy smoke that entered the building, and prompted a self‑evacuation; no injuries were reported. Mazzulla said the incident was investigated and the clinic remained closed until cleanup met Illinois Department of Public Health standards.
