Board President Tony Recker opened the meeting at 7:33 a.m. and said the session was being held electronically because of members' schedules, under Section 21.8 of the Code of Iowa. Roll call showed Jason Gearhart, Jacob Moellers, Julie Uhlenkamp and Recker present; Vicki Althoff was listed as absent. Business Manager and Board Secretary Katie Taylor and Superintendent Robert Busch were present as administration.
On a motion by Board Member Julie Uhlenkamp, seconded by Board Member Jason Gearhart, the board approved a bid from Recker Excavating LLC in the amount of $8,795 to install tile by the baseball field. The motion carried 4-0. The meeting minutes record no additional discussion or amendments to the bid approval.
The board also approved the meeting agenda on a motion by Uhlenkamp, seconded by Moellers (motion carried 4-0). Jacob Moellers moved to adjourn at 7:38 a.m.; Uhlenkamp seconded and that motion also carried 4-0.
