Rohnert Park council appoints Tracy Rankin as permanent human resources director

Council members spoke in support of Rankin’s promotion, citing her roughly 12 years with the city and interim service earlier in the year. The council unanimously approved the resolution by roll call vote 4–0–1 (Council member Rodriguez absent). Rankin thanked the council and said she looked forward to continuing her work with the HR team.
