Attendees asked questions that presenters answered; members of the public were then invited to write ideas on large pages placed on tables in the room. M. Land said he will incorporate the written suggestions into the study and that the presenters plan to return in January with more information.
Presenters emphasized that "no money has been spent by the city on this project and no decisions have been made by the council," according to the minutes. The meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
