The Franklin County Board of Supervisors approved several routine administrative items at its June 23 meeting.
By motion of Lukensmeyer, seconded by McVicker, the board approved county claims as presented; the motion carried with all ayes. The board also approved a fireworks permit for Doug Tarr and an ABD Outdoor Service license for JJ’s Bar & Grill in Bradford (both motions by McVicker, seconded by Lukensmeyer). The transcript records these approvals as unanimous.
Acting as drainage trustees, the supervisors approved drainage minutes from June 16, 2026, and approved drainage claims as presented; those motions also carried unanimously. The transcript does not include additional conditions, stipulations or contested debate on these items.
