On unanimous votes (4–0), the board accepted Payroll Warrant #32 for $47,484.75 and Payables Warrant #33 for $115,517.99. The board also awarded the 2025 mowing contract to Littlefield Lawncare for $26,500 on a motion by Blane Casey and second by Edwin Bailey; that motion passed 4–0.
The board authorized the Town Manager to sign the 2025–2026 dispatch contract with the State of Maine Department of Public Safety on a motion by Blane Casey and second by Jeanne Marquis; that motion was approved 4–0.
These approvals were routine items on the agenda and were handled without further discussion. The meeting then moved on to other new business and public comment.
