Council approves site plan, home-occupation permit and minor subdivision

Minor subdivision: A three-lot combination was presented to address setback nonconformities; staff recommended combining lots to meet setback requirements and the planning commission approved the change. Council endorsed the commission’s recommendation and approved the subdivision.
Quotes: "They met all of the city's code requirements," a staff presenter said of the site-plan review. On neighborhood traffic, a council member said the city should "look at it more ballistically rather than intersection by intersection."
