Monticello’s City Council unanimously approved a contract with Kraus‑Anderson Construction Company for repairs to the Monticello Community Center building envelope, not to exceed $1,604,369. Councilmember Tracy Hinz moved to approve the contract; Councilmember Lee Martie seconded the motion, and the motion carried unanimously. Staff recommended proceeding with the base project and selected alternates 2, 3 and 4.
