Baldwin City Council approves road study, equipment purchase, camera acknowledgement, cemetery overlay and hazard-mitigation resolution

Finally, the council approved an added item to adopt the County Hazard Mitigation Plan 2023 (resolution 2024-8149R). Staff explained these plans are FEMA and GEMA requirements that help local governments qualify for post-disaster mitigation funding; the council agreed to review its section of the plan annually.
