Township to prioritize data‑center rules and stormwater code correction; new permit clerk joins staff

Caroline O’Connor, Willistown’s Director of Planning & Zoning, told the Commission that staff remains at work on fencing regulations within the RBA but that other ordinance amendments will be presented first. She said the Township is prioritizing regulations for data center development and a correction to the stormwater management code.
O’Connor also announced the Township hired a new permit clerk this week, restoring staffing at the front counter. During public comment Richard Glunk of 209 Spring Rd raised concerns about a planned culvert on his property; the Commission did not take action on that matter at the meeting.
