Committee attendance was recorded as Tim Casey, Lisa White, Kate Seitz, Jake White, Bill Miller and Kitsi Vadheim. The committee discussed the Sept. 6 Scope of Services proposal from HKGi and limited the consultant’s role to preparing the final plan described as Task 4 in that document.
Members asked HKGi for a revised proposal reflecting the reduced fee and revised scope; the committee expects to receive that revision in about a week. The group also agreed to begin community engagement and to plan one or more public meetings in 2025 to present planning ideas and solicit input from the public.
