JCC approves minutes, defers Gilmore Pond VLAP presentation and flags missed Stony Brook plantings

The minutes note that the Stony Brook builder (named as Jeff Littleton) has not yet planted all trees he was contracted to plant; Tom Ahlborn-Hsu said he will follow up on the outstanding planting obligations.
The commission set its next meeting for July 15, 2026, at 4 p.m. at Jaffrey Town Hall and recorded that Select Board representative Andy Lawn will chair that meeting. Andy Lawn then moved to adjourn; Joan Lathrop seconded and the minutes report the motion was approved. The meeting adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
