Todd and Albrecht told the council the MPFA-financed portion of the project is expected to cover the entire cost, and they said the financing offered through the Drinking Water Revolving Fund would impose no cost on homeowners or on the city. The engineers did not provide a construction schedule or a final bid in the meeting record.
On a motion by Councilmember Darla Kruser, seconded by Councilmember Andrew Ysker, the council adopted Resolution #3-26 authorizing the application to MPFA. The motion carried 4–0.
The application will be submitted to MPFA for consideration; council members did not record additional funding sources, a construction timeline, or homeowner outreach details in the meeting record.
