Byron council accepts $250,000 LWCF grant to build skate park

Chris Hodges moved to approve the resolution accepting the LWCF grant and James Richardson seconded; the motion carried by unanimous vote. The minutes record that the city affirmed it had or would designate sufficient funds and assurances required by the contract for acquisition, development and operation of the facility.
