Byron adopts ordinance updating fire protection fees and fee schedule

The council also approved a resolution to adopt an updated Schedule of Fees for the Byron Fire Department (Exhibit A), with the schedule effective Nov. 12, 2024. Meeting minutes state that where a fee appears both on the schedule and in a City ordinance, the ordinance fee controls.
